Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of MomentStash. By purchasing, creating, or managing an event, you agree to these Terms. Guests who upload media agree to the portions that apply to guest contributions.
The service
MomentStash provides event-specific web pages for collecting photos and videos, owner tools for managing event media, and related features such as downloads, QR codes, and slideshows. Features may vary by package and may change as the service develops.
Accounts and event provisioning
Customer accounts do not automatically create free events or storage. An event requires a paid purchase, complimentary entitlement, invoice arrangement, promotion, or another entitlement approved by MomentStash. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.
Payments and package terms
Price, storage allowance, event window, retention period, included features, and any package-specific conditions shown at checkout or in a written order become part of your agreement for that event. Unless a different policy is shown at purchase, fees already incurred for a provisioned event are not automatically refundable merely because the event owner chooses not to use the service.
Event-owner responsibilities
You are responsible for your event configuration, invitations, guest access, and the content collected through your event. You must use MomentStash lawfully and must not use the service to collect or distribute content you do not have a lawful right to handle.
Guest content
Guests and event owners retain their rights in content they upload. By uploading content, the uploader gives MomentStash the limited permission necessary to receive, store, copy, transform for technical compatibility, display within the applicable event, back up, and deliver that content as part of operating the service.
Prohibited use
You may not use MomentStash to distribute malware; interfere with the service; bypass quotas or access controls; probe other customers' data; upload unlawful content; violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights; or use the service for abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.
Storage, exports, and retention
MomentStash is designed to preserve original uploads and may keep verified replica copies for reliability. Event owners are responsible for downloading any media they want to retain permanently. Temporary export files can expire automatically. Package-specific retention and storage rules control when event content becomes eligible for removal.
Availability
We work to keep MomentStash available and to protect uploaded media, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, internet providers, venue connectivity, third-party infrastructure, hardware failures, or events outside our reasonable control can affect access or upload performance.
Suspension and termination
MomentStash may restrict or suspend an account or event when reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, nonpayment, unlawful use, or a material violation of these Terms. We may preserve information where required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a package or written agreement. MomentStash is not responsible for media that was never successfully uploaded or for loss caused by a customer's or guest's own deletion, device failure, or failure to keep a completed upload page open. Any limitations that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will apply prospectively, and the date at the top identifies the latest published version.
