How much storage will I need?
At roughly 5 MB per photo, 25 / 100 / 250 / 500 GB holds around 5,000 / 20,000 / 50,000 / 100,000 photos. Video varies widely: 100 GB is roughly 11 hours of 1080p at 150 MB per minute. These are examples, not limits on photo counts.

What happens after I request a plan?
Create your free account, choose any services, and share your event details. We review the complete request and confirm setup and payment details. Account creation does not charge you or open guest uploads.
Subscriptions or event packs: which fits?
Subscriptions have a lower price per event and release credits each month. Monthly billing has a three-month initial commitment; annual billing pays for a year upfront. Packs cost more per event, but all credits are ready immediately and can be used anytime within twelve months.
What counts toward storage?
Original photos and videos, including retained files removed from your gallery. Our thumbnails, web copies, exports, and redundant copies do not reduce your advertised quota. Storage is separate for each event.
What happens when uploads close?
Guest uploads close ninety days after the event date. Your standard owner gallery continues until six calendar months after the event date. Download your originals before gallery access ends; contact us before expiration if you need longer retention.
Does cancelling delete my events?
No. Subscription cancellation takes effect after your initial term and prepaid service. Events already created keep their stated upload and gallery windows.
